Personality testing is an effective way to help managers “speak the language” of their staff and peers. Julia Novak is a Master Facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, and has facilitated numerous workshops using Personality Type as a template for improving communications and working relationships. She is also trained in administering the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), the Thomas-Killman Conflict Assessment and other level-B psychological instruments.
