As a skilled financial analyst, Anne-Marie has extensive experience in budget and revenue analysis, maintaining accurate and flexible financial data streams, identifying financial trends, and modeling future financial needs in order to align resources with established priorities. Most recently, Anne-Marie served as the functional team leader for the funds management software implementation with Fairfax County Government and Fairfax County Schools in Northern Virginia. During her tenure on the project, responsibilities included providing leadership in the development and execution of an enterprise-wide implementation strategy, communicating the blueprinted vision to key stakeholders, and ensuring that the long term project plan meets established priorities and maximizes the effectiveness of the budgeting and financial management for the school system.
